What order should the initials be in when placing an order for a monogram?
Initials should be placed in the order they will be read once stitched. For example, if you are getting a tradition monogram the order will be first name initial, last name initial, middle name initial. The last name is larger and in the middle. If you are getting a font where the initials are the same size across then it is first name initial, middle name initial, last name initial.
example: if A is the first name, B is middle and C is last then you would type it ACB so the last name is larger in the middle.

What is your turn around time?
Personalization is done on a first come first serve basis. Given our customization services, it can take up to 1 week to customize before shipping the product to you. Please let us know if you need any expedited services. We do offer rush options. Please note that sometimes we are receiving product shipments and orders can take up to 2 weeks.
What is heat transfer vinyl?
Heat transfer vinyl is a vinyl with a permanent adhesive backing when heat is applied to it. It is machine washable and safe for the dryer as well on a tumble dry setting.
What is vinyl?
Vinyl has a permanent adhesive on the back to adhere to any smooth, flat surface. Although the vinyl we use is commercial grade and safe for getting wet, we do recommend hand washing anything that vinyl is applied to. Dishwasher’s extreme heat and unknown chemicals can drastically shorten the life span of vinyl personalization.
How do I wash items that are embroidered?
Embroidery thread is a polyester, color resistant thread. Garments can be washed according to the factory recommended settings without fear of ruining the embroidery. The same applies to any dryer settings as well.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Of course. If you are ordering 12 or more of the same items, we offer a discount of 15% off of the bulk order. If you have an order with more than 24 of the same item, please contact us for a custom quote.
Do you accept outside items to personalize?
If you live within driving distance of our home location, we will accept certain items to be personalized.
What do I do if I receive my order and something is wrong?
